No. This free service is located in First PREMIER’s Online and Mobile Banking. To navigate to Debit Card Services, go to Menu > Services > Debit Card Controls.
How do I pay over the phone?
Loan payments can be made over the phone by calling Customer Care at 800-501-6535.
