{1} This is a limited transaction, interest-bearing account available for liquid tax-deferred IRA. No penalty for early withdrawal (a Federal tax of 10% may apply if withdrawn before age 59½. Savings withdrawals are generally limited to six per month. You may make an unlimited number of withdrawals in person, by mail or at an automated teller machine (ATM). If the monthly withdrawal limit is exceeded, a fee of $1 for each excess withdrawal will be assessed. Fees can reduce earnings on the account and result in federal tax for early withdrawal. 

{2} Minimum opening fee: You must deposit $50 to open the account. A minimum balance fee of $2 will be imposed each month if the balance in the account falls below $50 any day of the month, unless savings and checking account statements are combined.
