What if the information provided by Credit Score appears to be inaccurate?

Credit Score does it's best to show the most relevant information from a credit report. If you think some information is inaccurate, you can obtain a free credit report from www.annualcreditreport.com and then dispute inaccuracies with each bureau individually. Each bureau has its process for correcting inaccurate information, but every First PREMIER Bank Credit Score user can "File a Dispute" with TransUnion by clicking on the "Dispute" link within Credit Score. Transunion will share this information with the other bureaus if the inaccuracy is verified.

What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

You can temporarily suspend and then reactivate or permanently deactivate your active First PREMIER Bank Debit Mastercard® within the Online Banking system or Mobile Banking app. Go to the Menu, choose "Services" and click on "Debit Card Services." You can also call our Customer Care Center 800-501-6535. To report your card lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call 888-297-3416.
