SIOUX FALLS – PREMIER Bankcard Chief Executive Officer Miles Beacom is pleased to announce and welcome Matt Krall as the organization’s new president. Krall has more than 20 years in the consumer finance industry and assumed his new role in late January.
Beacom, who will continue to serve as PREMIER Bankcard’s CEO, said Krall’s addition will help the company continue to grow and strengthen our organization far into the future. He added that Krall’s collaborative leadership style will make him a valuable asset to PREMIER Bankcard.
“Matt is a creative, results-driven leader who focuses on delivering exceptional results,” Beacom said. “He excels at driving change through direct leadership and influencing others. We could not be happier to have him on our team and I look forward to working side-by-side with him in the coming years.”
Krall and his wife, Joyce, have two school-aged children (Ian and Owen) and are relocating to Sioux Falls from Las Vegas, Nev.
“My family and I could not be happier about this opportunity,” Krall said. “PREMIER Bankcard is an exceptional company with a long track record of success.”
Beacom said continued growth at PREMIER Bankcard necessitated the new position.
Beacom joined the organization in October 1989 to start the credit card business. PREMIER brought on its first customer in mid-November 1989. “Today we employ nearly 2,000 people and have approximately $1.5 Billion in receivables. We have enjoyed great success, but it’s important to always look forward and seek new ways to improve our strategies and our efficiencies. It was time to separate the position of president/CEO and Krall was the perfect fit for this transformation.”
Krall is a 1992 graduate of Notre Dame University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has held leadership roles with GE, Fleetcor and most recently CreditOne bank. Krall is also active in volunteer organizations and is looking forward to becoming a part of the Sioux Falls community.
PREMIER Bankcard is the nation’s 12th largest issuer of Mastercard credit cards, with more than 3 million customers from across the United States.
