PREMIER Awarded a 2021 UKG Innovation Award

SIOUX FALLS—UKG, a leading global provider of human capital management (HCM), payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions, recently awarded First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard with a 2021 UKG Connections Innovation Award.

UKG honored PREMIER in the category of HR Transformation for using UKG Pro Learning to solve a business challenge. With the learning portion of the platform, PREMIER is able to assign specific employees regulatory training, custom course work and virtual learning opportunities. This implementation has not only saved administrative time, but also improved the employee experience.

“With UKG’s HR platform serving as our single system of record, we are able to take full advantage of this best-of-breed enterprise solution, saving time and money while transforming the employee experience,” said Colleen Stratton, AVP of Total Rewards at First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard.

“As significantly, UKG’s life-work technology was a vital support for our people during these most challenging of years, thanks to our ability to configure the solution to automate COVID-19 tracking, testing, and return to work processes. We were able to provide our people with a variety of accommodations and use UKG as a tool to be there for our employees.”

The UKG Connections Innovation Awards recognizes companies around the work using UKG technology to solve strategic business challenges and improve the employee experience. “We are delighted to recognize customers that have positioned UKG solutions as critical business infrastructure,” said Bob Hughes, chief customer officer at UKG.  “Our customers’ achievements inspire us as we work to continually develop and support our solutions, and we are so proud to call these customers our partners. Additionally, our winners have set a remarkable standard for their peers in HR.”
