Make a Difference for Customers

Looking to start your career in the banking industry? Join the First PREMIER Bank Customer Care team. You’ll not only be supporting our banking teams, but you’ll also be making a difference in the lives of our customers every day! As a Customer Care team member, you will have the opportunity to learn nearly all of First PREMIER’s banking services, products, and digital platforms, which can act as a springboard for launching your career anywhere in the bank.

If you like interacting with people and helping solve problems, this may be the right job for you. Our Customer Care Team works various shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST), Monday-Friday. They also help customers for one or two Saturday mornings a month (9:00 a.m. to noon). All bilingual reps may qualify for 10% differential.
