First PREMIER Bank is looking for a Digital Banker to focus on client acquisition and client retention through the Digital Channels.
Primary function of this entry level position is to process accounting activity, including keying general ledger transactions and deposits in our ATM Funding Department.
Qualified candidate will have a thorough understanding of risks and controls, work independently, and with a team to perform internal audits and, document results for the credit card and bank operations.
Works from basic web designs or mobile application designs and specifications, uses standard procedures and techniques to maintain, modify, devise new existing websites and mobile applications of moderate complexity and scope.
Supervises and monitors staff performance and productivity on various operational platforms and strategies. Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures for improving efficiency.
Qualified applicants should possess good verbal and listening skills. Typical responsibilities: inbound calls taking payment information, answering billing inquiries and other common questions.
