What are eStatements?
eStatements are copies of your paper statement viewed through Online Banking or Mobile Banking. They may be viewed in a PDF file so you can access, save or print them at any time.
Will my eStatement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes. Your eStatement will look the same as your paper statement and is considered an official document that you can use for taxes, record keeping, etc. They also help reduce the risk of mail fraud.
Is there a fee for eStatements?
No. eStatements are free.
Are eStatements secure?
Yes. First PREMIER Bank has multiple layers of security to ensure your account information is secure.
Which accounts will I be able to view in eStatements?
eStatements are available for checking or savings accounts. You will be able to view statements for the accounts you selected on the application. If a savings account is on a combined statement, you will need to enroll your checking account in order to view both.
Can I sign up for eStatements if I receive paper images of my checks?
No. Your checking account needs to be set up on check safekeeping. If you are not currently set up on check safekeeping you will be able to sign up during the eStatement enrollment process.
How do I sign up for eStatements?
Once you have a personal Online Banking or Mobile Banking account you may sign up for eStatements by clicking on the Settings menu and then choosing the Statement Delivery tab. Simply change your delivery type from Paper Statements to eStatements.
How do I start using eStatements?
After you have changed your delivery type from Paper Statements to eStatements, an email will be sent within two business days to confirm your enrollment. When your statement is available to be viewed, an email will be sent with instructions on how to access the information.
Will I receive notification when my eStatement is available?
Yes. As soon as your statement is available, a notice will be sent to you by email.
If my checking and savings statements are combined can I still sign up for eStatements?
Yes. Your savings statement will continue to be combined with your checking statement. Please access your checking statement to view both.
Can I still receive paper statements?
No. Once you sign up for eStatements, paper statements will not be sent through the mail. If you want to cancel eStatements and return to paper statements, please click on the Settings menu within Online Banking or Mobile Banking, then click on the Statement Delivery tab and modify your delivery type preference.
How long will I be able to access my eStatement?
You will be able to access up to 12 months of statements from the time you sign up. However, you can save your statement to your computer as a PDF to access anytime.
What if my e-mail address changed?
Log in to your Online Banking or Mobile Banking account and click the Services menu and then click the Address Change tab. You may then update your email address and click Submit.
