Debit Card & ATM Services

Life is full of possibilities when you carry the First PREMIER Bank Debit MasterCard®. It is easy to use, secure and free. Purchases will be deducted from your First PREMIER Bank personal checking account and you'll have an electronic record of what you spend.

Important Reminder: If you are traveling out of state, call Customer Care at 605-357-3002 or 800-501-6535 to make sure to unblock any states that you many be using your card in. We block states that experience high fraud for your protection, but can easily unblock them for your convenience.


  • Zero Liability Protection Whether you shop online, by phone or at a store you won't be held responsible if someone makes unauthorized purchases with your card.
  • 23,000+ Surcharge-Free ATMs Nationwide  Get cash without the surcharge fee nationwide at any MoneyPass® network ATM. Find the MoneyPass ATM nearest you by visiting and enter your zip code. Or you can download the Android or iPhone mobile app. ATMs participating within the network can change. Please remember to check the MoneyPass website or app to make sure you are utilizing a MoneyPass surcharge-free ATM or look for the MoneyPass logo on the machine.
  • Lock/Unlock Switch – Enjoy expanded debit card security control. You can temporarily suspend and then reactivate or permanently deactivate your active First PREMIER Bank Debit MasterCard within Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app. Go to the Menu, choose "Services" and click on "Card Services."
  • Instant Issue Whether you just opened your account or your card has been lost or stolen you can walk out of most of our locations with a First PREMIER Bank Instant Issue Debit MasterCard. You don't have to wait the standard 710 business days it takes for other banks to send you a card in the mail.
  • Apple Pay* Add your eligible First PREMIER Bank Debit MasterCard to Apple Pay for safe, simple and convenient payments. Apple Pay is available in merchant apps, and at hundreds of thousands of stores and restaurants, with more being added in the future.
  • Free Online and Mobile Banking Check your balances virtually anywhere, anytime by enrolling for Personal Online Banking and/or downloading our Android or iPhone app.


 Other Services

  • Debit Card Overdraft Protection At First PREMIER Bank we offer you the choice for added peace-of-mind. If you add this service to your account, First PREMIER Bank may authorize, at our discretion, up to $500 beyond your available balance for ATM and everyday (one time) debit card transactions. It doesn’t cost anything unless you find yourself in a situation where you need it.

Lost or Stolen Cards

You can temporarily suspend and then reactivate or permanently deactivate your active First PREMIER Bank Debit MasterCard within the Online Banking system or Mobile Banking app under the Debit Card Services menu.
