Have a question on your Deposit Account, Loan, Debit Card or Online Banking/Mobile Banking? Call our Customer Care Center at 605-357-3002 or 800-501-6535. Or contact us at a bank location or find a phone number below. You can also access your account 24 hours a day through your online banking account or bank-by-phone at (605) 335-2255 in Sioux Falls or 800-315-6350 outside of Sioux Falls.

If you have questions or to report your First PREMIER Bank Debit Mastercard® lost or stolen during normal business hours, please call our Customer Care Center at 605-357-3002 or 800-501-6535. 

To report your card lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call 866-546-8273. You can also use our Lock/Unlock Switch to temporarily suspend and then reactivate or permanently deactivate your active First PREMIER Bank Debit Mastercard within Online/Mobile Banking. Go to the Menu, choose "Debit Card Services" and follow the instruction.
