PREMIER offers a highly competitive 401(k) program for full-time employees. Associates become eligible on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Provided by Sanford Health, associates choose between two different deductible plan options made available for themselves, their spouses and/or children. PREMIER’s cost-sharing strategy rewards length of service by increasing the employer-paid portion of the premium over the course of time. Coverage is available to both full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week at the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Comprehensive dental and orthodontia coverage is provided to associates, their spouses and/or children at no cost through Delta Dental of SD. Coverage is available to both full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week at the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Basic coverage provides associates a discount on lenses and frames with $15 co-pays on eye exams for associates, their spouses and/or children at no cost. Associates may elect a “buy-up” plan under VSP, our vision provider, which provides a richer vision benefit than the basic plan. Coverage is available to both full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week at the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Associates may elect to participate in the dependent care reimbursement or the medical expense reimbursement program administrated by Sanford Health Plan. Associates may participate in the plan beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Group Life Insurance
Group life insurance is provided at no cost to associates, their spouses and/or children effective the first day of employment.
