PREMIER offers a highly competitive 401(k) program for full-time employees. Employees become eligible on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Provided by Sanford Health, employees choose between two different single deductible plan options ($2,000 Traditional Plan and $4,000 High Deductible). PREMIER offers four tiers of medical options; single, single plus spouse, single plus child(ren), and family. Coverage is available to both full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Employees may elect to participate in the medical expense reimbursement program administered by Sanford Health Plan if enrolled in the traditional health plan.
Employees may elect to participate in the dependent (child care) care reimbursement program administered by Sanford Health Plan if enrolled in either of the medical plans (traditional or HDHP).
Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and Limited Flexible Spending Account
Employees who elect the high deductible medical plan may elect to participate in the health spending account and/or elect the limited flex spending account (dental and vision only) expense reimbursement program administered by Alliance Benefit Group. The company will contribute a base amount of your HSA based on your health insurance coverage election during Open Enrollment. In addition, a "bonus" contribution to the HSA is made by the company based on years of service.
Comprehensive dental and orthodontia coverage is provided to employees, their spouses and/or children at no cost through Delta Dental of South Dakota. Coverage is available to both full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Basic coverage provides employees a discount on lenses and frames with $15 co-pays on eye exams for employees, their spouses and/or children at no cost. Employees may elect a “buy-up” plan under VSP, our vision provider, which provides a richer vision benefit than the basic plan. Coverage is available to both full-time and part-time employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Group life and AD&D insurance is provided at no cost to employees, spouses and/or children. Additional optional life and AD&D may also be purchased through Lincoln Financial Group.
