First Time Log In

IMPORTANT: Existing Online Banking customers do not need to re-enroll.


  1. You may need to refresh your web browser. Access the NEW Online Banking from the "Access My Account" menu on the left side of the page at firstpremier.com. Choose "Personal Banking" from the drop down menu. Important: If you currently access your Online Banking via a "bookmark" or "favorites" link, please delete this bookmark and re-establish it as firstpremier.com.

  2. Enter your Login ID (Access ID) and password from the old Online Banking.

  3. You will then be asked how you would like to receive your "Secure Access Code." The choices will either be email, text or a phone call. You will receive your code immediately.

  4. Enter your “Secure Access Code.” You will then be asked if you want to register your device. By registering your device you will no longer need a Secure Access Code to log in. This is a one-time step for each device from which you choose to access your Online Banking.

  5. You will be asked to establish a new password (this can be your current password if you would like).

  6. You will then be taken to the New Online Banking.
  7. Please verify all your accounts appear correctly on the accounts summary page. Your account information (i.e. account numbers and transactions) should automatically transfer to your new Online Banking.
  8. The new First PREMIER Bank Online Banking offers many innovative features. Make sure you have the latest version of your preferred web browser to ensure it functions at is best.

Our NEW Online Banking provides a number of greater features and benefits including:

  • Safe and Secure – Our new Online Banking incorporates the latest security features including the Secure Access Code, which helps us confirm your identity.
  • FREE. Yes, that’s right. FREE – Not only is our Online Banking FREE, so is Bill Pay and Person-to-Person Payments.
  • Expanded Debit Card Controls – You are now able to temporarily disable your First PREMIER Bank Debit MasterCard® through your Online or Mobile Banking for added security. You can also turn it back on.
  • Secure Online Messaging – Utilize your desktop, tablet or phone to communicate directly with our Customer Care Consultants within Online/Mobile Banking. 
  • It will be even easier to go green. If you haven’t already signed up for Online Statements, you can easily enroll from your desktop, tablet or mobile device.
  • Extended Customer Care Hours – Our Customer Care Center hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays (Central Time). Call 605-357-3002 or 800-501-6535.

Get Answers

Following is what you will be asked to do when you log into your NEW Online Banking for the first time:

  1. Access the NEW Online Banking from the "Access My Account" menu on the left side of the page at firstpremier.com. Choose "Personal Banking" from the drop-down menu. IMPORTANT: If you currently access your Online Banking via a "bookmark" or "favorites" link, please delete this bookmark and re-establish it as firstpremier.com.
  2. Enter your Login ID (Access ID) and password from the old Online Banking.
  3. You will then be asked how you would like to receive your "Secure Access Code." The choices will either be email, text or a phone call. You will receive your code immediately. IMPORTANT: Call us by April 20 to update your contact information, especially your email address and cell phone number. Your information will be used to set up your "Secure Access Code" for added security with the new Online Banking system. If we don't have it, we will not be able to deliver your code.   4. Enter your "Secure Access Code." You will then be asked if you want to register your device. By registering your device you will no longer need a Secure Access Code to log in. This is a one-time step for each device from which you choose to access your Online Banking.
  5. You will be asked to establish a new password (this can be your current password if you would like).
  6. You will then be taken to your NEW Online Banking.

Enroll for Online Banking from the "Enroll for Online Access" menu on the left side of the page at firstpremier.com. Choose "Personal Banking" from the drop-down menu and follow the new enrollment steps.

Make sure you have the latest version of your preferred web browser to ensure the NEW Online Banking will function at its best.

You will not need to re-enroll for Online Statements in the new system.

Absolutely, it's now easier than ever. Simply click on the Settings Menu and choose the Statement Delivery tab within Online Banking.

No, you will be able to choose from a greater variety and set up the ones that work best for you in the NEW Online Banking.
