Previous experience in collections preferred, but not required. Candidates must have good telephone and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and PC skills with minimum 35 WPM typing speed. Duties will include preventing uncollectible losses by contacting card members by phone and written correspondence to make acceptable payment arrangements. Spanish speaking representatives - Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
