401(k) Plan: PREMIER offers one of the most highly competitive plans in the region!
- PREMIER matches dollar for dollar up to 5% of total compensation.
- Match contributions are immediately 100% associates owned.
- Match contributions are made to associate investment accounts every pay period.
- PREMIER offers more than 30 individual investment options including targeted retirement date options. The investment offerings cater to the very investment savvy as well as to those seeking greater guidance in managing risk tolerance
- Associates become eligible on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Health Care: Provided by Sanford Health, associates choose between two different deductible plan options made available for themselves, their spouses and/or children. PREMIER’s cost sharing strategy rewards length of service by increasing the employer paid portion of the premium over the course of time. Coverage is available to our associates the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Dental: Comprehensive dental and orthodontia coverage is provided to associates, their spouses and/or children at no cost to our associates through Delta Dental of SD and is available to associates the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Vision: Basic coverage provides associates a discount on lenses and frames and $15 co-pays on eye exams is provided to associates, their spouses and/or children at no cost. Associates may elect a “buy up” plan under VSP, our vision provider, which provides a richer vision benefit than the basic plan. Vision coverage is available to associates the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Associates may elect to participate in the dependent care reimbursement or the medical expense reimbursement program administered by Sanford Health Plan. Associates may participate in the plan the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Group Life Insurance: Group life insurance is provided at no cost to associates, their spouses and/or children effective the first day of employment.

Celebrating Success: At PREMIER we work hard, but we have fun too! To celebrate our successes, we recognize our PREMIER Performers and Eagle Service associates during our all staff meetings held quarterly across the PREMIER organization.
We do have fun! In 2012, we brought our entire PREMIER family together at the Sioux Falls Arena for the PREMIER Reunion. Associates were entertained by a top selling country music celebrity! All associates were entered into a drawing for a brand new 2012 Ford F150 pick up! Additional prize drawings included: home theatre systems, iPads, LG HDTVs and digital cameras! Did we say PREMIER knows how to celebrate?
