What are Online Statements?
Online Statements are copies of the paper statement viewed through Business Online Banking. They may be viewed in a pdf file so it may be accessed, saved or printed at any time.
Will the Online Statement look the same as the paper statement?
Yes. The Online Statement will look the same as a paper statement and is considered an official document that can be used for taxes, record keeping, etc.
Is there a fee for Online Statements?
No. Online Statements are free.
Are Online Statements secure?
Yes. First PREMIER Bank has multiple layers of security to ensure the account information is secure.
Which accounts will we be able to view in Online Statements?
Online Statements are available for checking and savings accounts. You will be able to view the accounts in which have been selected on the application. If a savings account is on a combined statement you will need to enroll the checking account in order to view both.
Can we sign up for Online Statements if we receive paper images of checks?
No. The checking account needs to be set up on check safekeeping. If it is not currently set up on check safekeeping you will be able to sign up during the Online Statement enrollment process.
How do we sign up for Online Statements?
For your security, enrollment must occur at a First PREMIER Bank location by an authorized signer of the account.
How do we start using Online Statements?
After you have signed up, an e-mail will be sent to the specified e-mail address within 3-5 business days. It will ask to verify that Adobe 7.0 or higher is installed on the computer to view the statement. If you do not have this software you may download it for free at
http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Once confirmed, the statement is able to be viewed, we will send a follow-up e-mail to advise when the enrollment is complete. When the statement is available in Business Online Banking a notice will be sent by e-mail with instructions on how to access the information.
Will I receive notification when our Online Statement is available?
Yes. As soon as the statement is available a notice will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
If our checking and savings statements are combined can we still sign up for Online Statements?
Yes. The savings statement will continue to be combined with the checking statement. Please access the checking statement to view both.
Can we still receive paper statements?
No. Once signed up for Online Statements paper statements will not be sent through the mail. If you need to cancel Online Statements please contact us at 978-9778 or 800-501-6125 Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CST.
How long will we be able to access my Online Statement?
You will be able to access up to 12 months of statements from the time you sign up. However, you can save your file as a pdf using your Adobe Acrobat software for reference.
